At ZMZYTrading, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if it meets the following conditions:
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• The item is not on the list of non-returnable products (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Personal care items (such as beauty products, razors, or undergarments)
• Digital products or downloadable software
• Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@zmzytrading.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with a photo of the damage at info@zmzytrading.com.
7. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
